very nice chairs. It’s amazing the impact that Maloof has made on the woodworking world. He is everywhere. It’ll be interesting to see what person emerges from the upcoming generation with a brand new and moving idea of furniture design. Maloof has hard shoes to fill for sure.

Maloof admits to having been influenced by the Danes: Finn Juhl, Hans Wegner, Kaare Klint and others.
In turn, the Danes admit to having been influenced by the American Shakers.

Bill is an active member of our Yahoo rocking chair group. He is a very nice guy who does not mind sharing his knowledge and likes to talk about rocking chairs. I like the fact his chairs are a little different from most other rocking chair makers.
