« Part 3: Progress... sort of Part 4 of Outfitting the workshop series no next part

About a week ago my wife surprised me with the offer to hire someone to finish installing the ceiling in my shop…I don’t seem to ever have enough time to get in there and do it and I was finding it difficult to do singlehandedly. Well Jenn hired a fellow two days ago and he expressed an interest in having some of the benches and big tools moved before he started. Jenn and I discussed this over the phone and I said I’d be able to move things around this weekend. Jenn passed that along, and she also said that if he wanted to start sooner he could but he’d have to work around the various obstacles. To this guy’s credit he started that afternoon, and yesterday when I got home from work he was done!!!! He even re-installed the light fixtures after he removed them. I am extremely pleased as I didn’t think I’d be able to work in there all winter, now I can!!!! I have the best wife in the world…no disrespect to all the other incredible wives I’ve been reading about here! I am one happy LumberJock….let the sawdust fly!

Pictures to follow after I am off work today!
