United States

Will update all model numbers and add pictures tomorrow. Here’s an incomplete list of my stuff:

• Ridgid table saw
• Ryobi 12” sliding miter saw
• Ridgid 10” miter saw just for metal and PVC.
• Dewalt bench-top planer
• Bosch router with a plunge attachment and a table
• Rigid 6” stationary jointer/planer
• Ryobi brad nailer
• Kreg K5 jig
• Assorted Ryobi hand tools with 18V batteries

I still need a dust collection system for a 2 car garage. It’s gotta be under $700 USD. I know that the added investment in hoses and other accessories can add up quickly, but I’m OK with that. I’ll buy it within 3 days.

I’m gonna order a dust collection system this weekend =) Do you have any suggestions for me? I want to stay around $700 USD. I’m willing to buy all the hoses, blast gates… and anything else that’s needed.

I bought a few power tools and setup a wood-shop in the garage. I haven’t ever used any of them; I’ve never even taken a shop class in school. I’m not stupid, but I ain’t the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree either, (I’m a corporate project manager.) Feel free to criticize my choices in equipment. I coulda made better choices, but I was chomping at the bit to get started. Here is what I got so far… well, at least most of it. I bought a few antiques ‘cuz they look cool and I dig history. I’ve got lots of saw blades, a few planers, and a bunch of clamps. The garage is a disaster area, but it I hired a handyman to straighten it up for me on Monday. And as soon as I figure out how to use my new cameras, I’ll post actual pics of the woodshop. These pics were all borrowed from the interweb.

If you’ve read this, thanks for your attention,
