Lincoln Logs for the grand sons.

I saw a post on LJ about making Lincoln Logs.
I have two grandsons ages 5 and 7 and this looked like a great idea, not to mention a good woodworking project.
I did pretty much what the post said. Link here but I came up with a different way of doing the cut offs for the logs.

I mounted a guide to my cross cut sled. It worked out well.

Here is the result, I am going to redo the gables.

Neat. They are really fun to make. And play with.

Crosscut sleds are a nicer and safer way of doing it. It looks like the entire project came out pretty good.
