I like the idea. Was there a reason that the lines weren’t continued across the bottom 2 channels?

No, there wasn’t a reason. There are different ways of carving this pattern, and for the first time carving it I chose the way that shown on the picture. But I will continue to experimet with this pattern.

It is amazing how you can do those so perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice patterns to be uses an a variety of projects.

Agree with Jim. It’s interesting to see the development of these designs. Not something I’ve ever tried so I find it fascinating and more than a little bewildering!

It is a rare thing to find someone with the creative vision AND the carving skills to do the beautiful work that you do.

I, unfortunately, have neither. However, I believe, that given enough effort, anyone can develop (to more or less degrees) the abilities that you seem to wield so effortlessly. (So, maybe, there is yet hope for me.)
