no previous part Part 1 of Oak shelves from Yard Sale series no next part

I had purchased 2 oak shelves at a yard sale. I decided on my first project I would make a simple table. There was an area in the kitchen that needed something small and simple. It stands 27” tall and I made it 30” wide to fit between two windows. The finish is also simple, I applied some natural stain and to date 2 coats of low gloss tung oil. I have enough oak left over to make another larger one for the outside deck and some deck planters and plant coasters.

Very very nice. Some people see only the outside. It seems that you see the inside too.
