This is officially my first commission, and really my first piece of furniture I have sold. That wasn’t some how related or something like that. I have painted all the walls white. I have turned an old hallway into a tool room, that will be home to all my hand tools and clamps. Basiclly anything you steal will be in the room. I have also installed most of the duct work.

Some things that i still need to do are, build a wall to separate my space from the other company in the warehouse. Build out a office and possible paint the floor. The other major and obviously most important thing is electric. I really have absolutely nothing right now. I had a electrician come by last week and I am still waiting on the quote. All i know is that it is going to be very expensive, not sure how i am going to come up with the money yet.

Anyhow here are some pictures. Oh and the clamp rack is made from scrap plywood based off one in fine woodworking, now i just need more clamps haha.

This will be my first official shop. I’m looking forward to getting it set up and working full time for myself. Hopefully i will be up and running with in a month or so, then hopefully ill find some jobs haha. Some tools that i have moved in so far 28” Bandsaw, powermatic table saw, new grizzly 12” jointer and 15” planer both will spiral cutters. Need to set up the dust collection, build out a office and a 60’ wall. Then have an electrician come in. I will post more pictures as things move along.
