I just created my profile here and so far this seems like a really great community. I’m very new to woodworking, and I’m just finishing up my first real project, an easel for my daughter based on the NYW plan. Before that, I made the NYW table saw station for my second hand Ryobi TS that I picked up for $40 (about what it is worth). That project was a bit of a disaster but that is another story. I’ll post more about both projects and create projects for them when I have more time and a couple of pictures.
Anyway, I’m really excited about becoming involved in the LJ community since I don’t really know anyone into woodworking in real life.
