The Kitchen Project #2: Door #2

Well just finished my second door. Reduced the stiles to 2.25 inches. For the bottom double panel I simply put the frame together and then moved the one rail until I liked the size, measured and then added 3/4” to the measurement. I like this one better but then again it’s not my kitchen. I’m just the unpaid help, ‘Ya mule!’ I have one remaining fit problem on the upper rail that as I ran it through the shaper I was kicking myself before I even finished. Oh, well tomorrow is door 3 for the bottom with double arches so I’ll be able to eliminate it then. Door #1 is first, door #2, second. The finish is red oak on pine
