New Zealand

So I finally got around to converting my garage (read wife’s storage) into a workshop. It’s got an old second hand tanner bandsaw, a cheap ryobi mitersaw, an expensive but massively disappointing Makita rip saw, pops old homemade lathe and repurposed files, dewalt thicknesser, and small but hugely heavy jointer. Oh and second hand rattley old tanner drill press from the local steel mill. So spent bugger all but I’ve always liked to “make do” I’ve also got my van outside loaded up with all my tools for work. Still got a fair bit to do in there to make it right but I reckon I always will. And of course there’s the all important bar..

Fine set-up…Looks like you are doing a great job of “making do”! It is so interesting to see other people’s shops and see how they have set things up. Thanks for sharing yours…
