Thank you all for the warm welcome. I’m reading a lot and learning what I can from it but finding that there’s a great deal more to craftsmanship than following directions. So far, I’ve managed to make some very impressive piles of saw dust but I’m getting closer to an actual “square” joint every day! Hopefully there will be some lumber left to make something useful out of when I finally get it down.
