I am new to woodworking and I have completely been enticed by the joy of changing a piece of wood into something else.

Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best to only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.

Thanks for all the nice words welcoming me to the fold.

I have to chuckle though at Bureaucrat suggesting that I post my project only 1 or 2 at a time. With as slow as I work, I may be posting them .25 – .5 at a time.

Welcome Brian, I hope you enjoy this “band of brothers and sisters” as much as I do. This site offers help and advice on all things woodworking. I don’t believe I have ever had a question that went unanswered.

Later,
Doug in AZ.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
