I have a problem and need help. I can’t seem to get my table saw belt to line up. When i get everything tight the motor wants to hang at a weird angle and the belt keeps poping off. Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a loose mount to me. Either that, or worn mounting bushings. A picture or two would help.

I had the same problem when I first set up my Grizzley Contractor table saw.
Is this a new saw? If so, then you need to check the assembly of your mounting bracket.

I just figured out my problem, ” operator error”. I didn’t understand that the motor needs to move freely and i tightened the pivot bolt all the way. I also didn’t read the instructions well enough.
The saw is a ridgid ts24120 i got at a garage sale last year for $25.00. It needed t.l.c. and a motor base and belt. Got the the stuff online for $50.00.
