Part 2: Time Flies - Everything takes longer than expected

When I posted the first chapter in this build I expected that I was going to finish off the “few” details left to complete the construction portion in a day or two…...10 days later, I’m finally moving on to finishing. A 1” cleat was screwed and glued to the side rails for the bed slats to rest on. The slats will help keep the frame square and eliminate the need for a box spring.
