Hello Turners!
I am new to the lathe and am looking for good value and ease in a benchtop grinder and sharpening jig. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks. dustyjosh

I have General grinder with Norton wheels. I use a combination of the Wolverine Grinding System accesories. It is a great set up and sharpen’s all of my lathe chisels (skew, detail gouge, bowl gouge, spindle gouges, parting tool, rough-out gouge and scraper) flawlessly ever time.

I have the woodcraft 8” slow grinder, and I built a wolverine-like jig and bought the actual wolvering vari-grind attachment for side grinds. Works okay, but the real wolverine jig probably works better.
