Im looking into building a benchtop type of wirewheel to clean up rough fir lumber
I’m thinking of a pulley drive from the table saw … (using that motor& belt to run a stack of wire wheels about 8’’ wide total

im looking for a arbor mounted on pillow blocks
I know ive seen these contraptions for sale BUT my old age is catching up to me,

any ideas as where to get these kits that you just put the pulley and business end on ??

i could go to princess auto and make it up there however it would be like building a car by buying all the parts ….
Right now im using a HAND wire brush ….. time consuming…

When I lived in Alberta I used to see those arbors at a store called UFA, or Peavy Mart.when I travelled to Sask we had them in COOP Hardware stores, not sure what BC has ! When all else fails Princess Auto will have the pieces.
Post the pictures when you have it built.
