I have used different finishes on outdoor items. Well, I am making some little boxes for the kids, I will be using some Lacewood, Paduck, PurpleHeart, Canary wood, Figured Maple and Walnut. Using a table saw as a Jointer - 10 replies

OK, I have seen this but don’t remember where, Using a table saw with a special fence as a edge jointer. Does anyone have any experience with this? Where can I see an example? That is all for now. Just need to clean up edges without spending money on a jointer. Thanks

Minimizing snip on a Powermatic 15" planer - 4 replies

I have a Powermatic 15” planer and I have tried just about everything, but it is annoying to loos about 2-3” of each board. Has anyone been able to tune up one of these? I would like to have a few hints. thanks
