I have plans on attending two woodworking shows in the Detriot Michigan area… Woodworks Events and The Woodworking Shows. I have all weekend passes so that I do not miss any of the free classes that are held throughout the day. I have been coming to THe Woodworking Show for 6 years and have found the classes and talking with the Suppliers and other woodworkers invaluable.
I also plan on attending the “Make Your Own Bandsaw Box” at the Woodworks Events show.
I’ll let you know what I learn at the show or any new items I come accross.

No that one is in Canada… there are two visiting the Detroit area this year. About 6 years ago there were two, but the The Woodworking Shows was the only one for the past 5 years. This year The Woodworks Events woodworking show is taking place the weekend of 11-21-08 and The Woodworking Shows is taking place the weekend of 12-05-08.
