Still Too Hot to Work

I admitted in my previous blog that I had run out of projects for which I have photographs. Yesterday I resorted to posting some of my pictures of the wood-art of Canadian West Coast Aboriginal culture.

I was surprised that no one mentioned the carving in the display case entitled Wolf Head. This I photographed in the Vancouver International Airport in 2005. Did you not notice the sticker price?

Then I got to thinking about the work of Livio De Marchi of Venice. I have no words to describe his art – it completely falls outside my credulity.

My shop thermometer reads about 100 degrees this afternoon, so I guess I won’t be making any clothes today. LOL

I love the work, I’m only glad I don’t have to compete against this.

That’s amazing! Oh, and the price too. Don, you may have to work nights for a while so you can spend some time in the shop. What’s the temperature at night?

For the past week, it’s been around 72 degrees at night.
