Nubs Sander #2: Stumpy Sander Part 3

OK let me start out by saying I screwed up. My original plan was to accommodate my larger motor by enlarging the whole thing. My sketches looked good, but then I thought why not just raise the height and build up a base for the lead screw mechanism. Well this bright idea did not get sketched out or I would have realized the shorter space for the ramp (secondary to the motor) led to a problem with the lead screw running into the ramp used to adjust height. Problem solve by cutting a groove. Time will tell how this may effect capacity and any tweaks it may require. After testing it all, and being sure to carefully size everything, I was surprised at how slick the adjustments went ...
