Bath Stool #8: Rounding and learning

Tusk through tenon!! The name is common but its the first for me.

I scratch a line to have a reference to drill, then squared it with a chisel. The key was made with the same wood, “quebracho colorado”. Hard to fit but the en result looked good to me!

Then I ronded the seat corners with a router and lots of sanding. LOTS!!!

I had to do a dry test, the photos don`t do it justice!

Here you have a closeup of the tusked tenon.

Well a touch there and another over there and the next stop is the project post.

Any questions will be answer as soon as posible.
