DC (Derby’s Custom) Woodwerks currently shares working space in a finished attached 24’ x 25’ 2-car garage with DC Autowerks! Plenty of room with everything mounted and mobile but a sever lack of utilities (electical outlets, plumbing (air & dust), lighting, etc)!
The plan is to pretty much gut the space and start over. Going to install a sub-panel specifically for all garage circuits with several 230VAC outlets and more lighting. Repanelling in solid wood vice drywall so I don’t need to worry about finding studs and, more than likely, installing a floating wooden floor,... if I can figure out a safe way to still support the weight of a truck!
Tools include but not limited to…:
Craftsman 10” contractor TS, 14” Delta Bandsaw, Delta osillating splindle sander, Delta Belt/Disc Sanding Station, Craftsman Benchtop drill press, Craftsman Benchtop Jointer (hopefully soon to be replaced), a Hitachi 12” Sliding CMS, 20” Delta Scollsaw (Momma’s), and various other hand and power tools.
