Tiny shop; 10×12 but packed with potential.
Notice in the first picture there is a “lean-to” between the shop and house. That structure houses my dust collector and is linned with 1 1/2 inch foam from bunch of couch cushions. Craigslist has a “free” section where people want to give away lots of couches. Remove the cushions and cut them down the middle to create sheets of foam 2 inchs thick. Then line the inside of the dust collector with the foam, it will dampen the whizzing whirl of the cyclone of air collecting your dust from the shop and…the dust will leave your work area never to return into your lungs, it is a health issue that I believe all wood working enthusiasts should seriously deal with in a manner that improves the possibility of less irritation to the lungs. Have fun in your shop…I do.
