Hi Den,

It looks like you have a nice start on your shop. It certainly has plenty of potential and you have a decent of tools to start with. I am sure that you will enjoy the bandsaw. You are getting a good one.

Your shop looks something like mine in that you have to share space with garden tools and other household items.

I too like a lot of us here share my garage shop with other “garage” items.. keep us posted on the progress and welcome to lumberjocks.

Going to be working to get some of the garage stuff reorganized to the other garage and hopefully get some “workable” room in here. More to come…just getting started!

New Griz bandsaw is in and assembled (/cheer) and this weekend am working on reorganizing the garage to share space with lawn gear; hopefully create some clear zones of work types.

I have been making some small progress in getting reorganized, small steps to be sure. Will be posting some pictures later this week.

With the long weekend and gas prices being what they are, decided to stay home this week-end and work on the shop some more. Made some good progress in breaking (zoning) the areas out and getting things better organized. Here are some pictures; getting ready to bring the pegboard all the way around the other wall and will build another “high” shelf for those seldom used items (that I don’ want to part with yet :))

More to come and lots more work planned on this space.
