Completed some joint design work this evening. Planning to use a through tenon for the bottom leg support and a bridle joint for the top (where the table will butt against). I think since most of the motion on the table will be right to left (or vice versa), I am going to put the joints perpendicular to that. I then plan to us the kreg jig to screw the spreaders between the legs. Here are some pictures of the test joints:
I’ll begin cutting the “real” pieces soon and will hopefully make this experiment into a workable solution!
