Hi there. This was a bed project I was hired to do. This old bed needed to have an extra support system because it was going to be used with a box spring. Also the bed needed to be supported for weight. This design can hold 1,000 lbs now. Thats were my dads engineering skills came in. Not bad to be running a business with an engineer at your side. Thanks DAD !! Anyways it took us a day to complete this project. For the cross supports we used fir 2×4 and for the new sides supports we used fir 1×4 ripped down. The legs we bought at Lowes and were already turned. Kept the cost down.. Would of cost the client a lot, if I turned them. It was a fun project to do.. Put some cash in are pockets and a little in the bank. What else can you ask for.. Hope you all enjoy. The video shows the project story.

Thanks, Michael Frey
