Need help identifying this wood from this image. I want to discount some because of grain pattern, etc., and hope you’ll give me your expert opinions so I can.

Im pretty sure it is white pine. Or it could be a polar Bear in a blizzard

Now we need an end grain pic. It looks like Jatoba/Mahogany/Sapele with the color and stripes but that’s just a SWAG.

I thought about mahogany. Is the door solid or is it a veneer?

I’d say mahogany, possibly sapele. It doesn’t look like the ribboning is as pronounced as with sapele, so that’s why I think mahogany.
