I am new to this website and new to woodworking. I wanted to introduce myself to the group and hope that I can learn a lot from yall. I am posting also in the finished project section and would love advice, tips, and critiques on the project that I just made. Thank yall. If the yalls didn’t give it away, I am from Texas.

Welcome, David. There are a LOT of threads on this site and every one of them has accumulated wisdom and experience you can’t find anywhere else. It may not be the most organized or compact form, but the sheer volume and detail are worth slogging through it. Select “watch” on the threads of choice and the new posts for those will be accumulated in the pulse section at the bottom of each page. A good start is to watch threads that have huge volume of posts and try to slog through the previous posts. It’s a long, tedious process, but you are unlikely to find so much detailed knowledge in one place.
Happy reading!
