This small entry is to say that I am very happy and grateful to Lumberjocks for awarding me the Daily Top 3 .

It makes me very happy that a project made with the utmost affection and shared with the only interest of sharing, is chosen.
With all my mistakes and some aptitudes as an apprentice of life, I express my gratitude to all who visit and see my work.
Thank you very much to all :)

Daniel … we should be thanking you for sharing your craftsmanship. Personally, I enjoy all of your projects, blogs, and videos! Keep it up, my friend!

Congrats on reaching the Top 3. It shows there was a lot of interest in your work.

FYI – no one chooses what goes into the top 3

It is a mathematical combination of views, comments, and favorites. Favorites are worth more than comments and comments are worth more than views. Beyond that, I am not aware of the exact weightings. The statistics are updated each hour, so the Top 3 can change every hour.

It also depends on how many projects are posted any given day. For example, if only 3 projects are posted is a 24 hour period, they will all make the Top 3.

The Editor’s choice is different – that is strictly the choice of the editors.

I understand and thank you very much for explaining the system. In any case I am very grateful and happy, because at least for a while, I was able to share my work with more people, and that is what my involvement here is all about.

Thank you, my project is simple compared to other beautifully executed ones. I am simply an enthusiast trying to improve working. I have tried above all to feel the use of hand tools. That way I can verify for myself and in turn share with others the fact that it is possible to do so. In turn I enjoy doing the videos, since both things complement each other.
As you said “Impatience is Expensive” (especially for the nerves), so the peace of the manual rescues me from the world today :) Thank you

Individual craftsmanship and imagination should be acknowledged. Takes both to make a great project.

To me, being awarded a Top 3 on LJ means more people will remember the quality of work you submit and they will look forward to seeing your projects in the future. That also means that the quality of future projects and presentation of them needs to continue to be top notch which pushes us to improve and expand our abilities outside of our comfort zone.
