Beautiful Work, Dan!!
I can’t put my finger on why, but the whole effect of this one leaves me with a peaceful and tranquil feeling…
Really nicely done, my Friend…

still needs a coat of paste wax …but the coffee tree has a truly nice tone with striped grain.Medium density,it machines and sands very well.
the piece is sanded to220 grit and then a coat of BLO jazzed up with Japanese dryer. That dried very quickly….so I followed that with aniline dye dark golden oak and the a coat of of jazzed up Minwax mahogany oil stain.
...
next day I gave it a coat of Delft satin spray lacquer …
