Honduran Mahogany from Peru … very dense tight, with zero defects. perfectly straight grain parallel to the sides thru and thru … had this board in my mahogany pile for nearly 15 years.

I agree with Tim. After 15 years this should be almost a permanent shop friend. I don’t know that I could have brought myself to put it on the saw. :)

Hey Guys … I still got about a dozen boards from that Memphis wood gloat. The pile of mahogany started at about 1000bft. The wood has a long story …

Dan Some great wood. I picked up about 100 bd ft of Hondourus mahogany and African mahogany in my last scrounge at the door factory. I hadn’t gone through those bids since I had been going there.

But I emptied them this time.It is some beautiful wood you have there.
