Dan, this turned out pretty nice. I was not sure about the oak bricks that you added but, after seeing the end product, they look pretty good and add a nice visual element to the frame.

Hey Mike
This one should be around 10 lbs at the very most. Oak is 4lbs a bft and the tiles are stoneware p-clay with paper fiber fired in to cut down on the weight and add green strength.
