It seems like I have been getting my shop ready forever. I’ve completed a few minor projects and started a few that are not finished. I started with the ntention of building guitars (and still intend to) but i have been more and more interested in building decorative boxes and clocks. You can’t work on the shop forever. I do need to run some new electrical circuits and eleminate some extension cords.

I live in Raytown Missouri, welcome to the site.
A friend of my wifes brought me 4 walnut logs (pieces actually) about 30 inches long. They came from a tree that was cut down in their back yard, I finally have a band saw so i car resaw them, now just waiting for the right project to come along.
