Treehouse #1: Phase one complete

This project was started as an alternative to a trampoline. The floor is about 8.5ft above ground on a 12ft post at the lowest point. Roughly 7’ wide by 11’ long.

Your kids will like that better than a trampoline anyway! Plus, a lot less emergency room visits (and lower HOI).

Check with your local ordinances to see if this is allowed. Just read in the newspaper locally that a home owner was ordered to remove a just complete tree house that violated a local ordinance. Better safe than sorry.
