I can remember as a kid camping at Hickory Run State Park. Stopped at Bushkill Falls on a camping trip to Watkins Glen. Climbing rocks somewhere near Delaware Water Gap. Maybe even a Bavarian Festival in Hamburg…..
Your ambition is admirable. Your learning probably will be exponetial.
Nice crib!...................Is that really you in the photo?

Yes, actually I just threw them on that plane to take the photos. One set will end up on a Type-10 No. 4 (2 patent dates), and I don’t know what I will do with the other set. I also started working on a couple of the larger sized totes (No. 5 & up – with the bolt holding down the front base) one for a Type-10 No. 5 (2 pat dates). I’m also cleaning up a Bedrock 606c I just picked up for $15! It was very rusty, but the base and sides cleaned up perfectly! The frog and lever cap are also in great shape, but the japanning is pretty much gone (50%-ish). I’m going to have to strip & repaint with some black ceramic epoxy paint. I will take photos of all this soon. Thanks for looking!

Will you make me a set? I will get somebody to rub your back for you, or something. I am telling you, that is quality work. Just remember I am the first to ask. Thanks, Ron Baird
