I am on the IRS Auctions mailing list, so I can drool all over the machines being auctioned off for pennies on the dollar. There are rarely any good ones west of the Rockies.

This one in Pennsylvania is exceptionally drool worthy. Especially the 20” Oliver Jointer!

Wow! Great looking equipment. If I only had lots more space, a big truck, and four big friends to load and unload. Thanks for posting.

Oh, Great. Only 7 miles up the road from me. Mimi would kill me if I got any more tools.

Wowsers some of those trade Items bring back memories working in the window industry. Now just need to find some local auctions I can drive to In a weekend. Would love to use craigs list but um … can’t long story… all I can say I read all the fine print before you post with them I wish I had..
I just never seem to see any auctions anymore on weekends almost all during weekdays.

Uhm, OooooKayyy. Sorry to hear about troubles with Craigslist. I can say I have never had an issue and sell a ton of stuff on the old CL. In fact I put my entire Shop together by purchasing distressed woodworking equipment, refurbing it & then selling it. All of it on good ole CL. Now yes it is an utter breading ground for con men, nut jobs, & scammers, but with half a brain it’s easy to separate those ones out. Plus my listings are pretty clear that I am not going to fall for the “I really want you item!! I will send you a wire, just send me you banking information and how much you want me to pay for it!” “I need it sent to me overnight so I will pay extra” BLAH BLAH BLAH, DELETE!!

Wow, those prices are incredible! Too bad it’s not in Vegas!

I had to stop at the bottom of the first page. I just couldn’t take seeing 4-more pages of that pricing! Of course, a lot of those tools wouldn’t even be able to physically be carried into my basement shop, even if I did have 4-gorillas to do the grunt work.

Wow, some very nice deals! I’m glad I’m in Colorado so as not to be tempted by any of these carrots.
