A very small 1 garage shop with entirely too many tools (so says my wife). I have a major overhaul of the shop planned for next spring. The overhaul will include re-wiring the electrical, raising & levelling the floor, proper dust collection & air filtration, a fixed miter saw station, re-built workbench, etc. The goal is also to replace some desktop tools such as my drill press and band saw for 14” floor models.

It’s a small shop but looks very organized and I bet that you enjoy it very much.

Congratulations and welcome to Lumberjocks.

Your wife says too many tools. Ask her how many (insert favorite thing like purses, shoes, whatever here….) does she have and need… :-P

Seriously though, looks good.

For what it’s worth, be careful what you wish for. I ended up with a full size floor model drill press, and I am really wishing I had opted for the Ryobi 12” bench top when they still made them…

I have a brother in law that is a body man with lots of machinist connections. I am seriously considering getting my floor model post cut down and converted to a bench top unit. I really need the floor space back!
