Sorry, No Pics as of yet. Actually, no real shop also. Attempting to turn the garage into a shop. Not from the South, so I am not used to No Basements! Everything gravitates in to the garage. Mat be I should add a room??

It all depends on how close to the water table you are… But yeah, for the most part, basements don’t exist in the south, not like the do up north…
You need a storage shed to get all the not shop out… Then again, so do I..
