Well the bag the dog food comes in anyway.

I reuse 30lb dog food bags as trash bags. They make excellent trash bags because they are heavy duty and the paper inside is waxed. I drink soda like most people drink water so the waxed paper inside keeps any spillage, yeah right, under control. I keep one bag for trash and one for recycled cans, we have a 5¢ deposit on cans.

The bags last a very long time. My dog hasn’t eaten puppy food for quite some time now. lol

Dog food bags – I use them all the time for trash bags! I have 8 dogs and occasional litters of pups so I have a lot of dog good bags! Bad part is when the dogs go into the “shop” area of the garage and drag the bag and it’s trashy contents out into and all over the yard. Booo Hissssssssssss

...and there’s more! Yes they can be cut to patterns and sewn together. They make excellant machinery covers, outside lawn equipment covers and if you are the type that takes those reusable shopping bags to the market then make yourself one of of dog food bags. They are excellant for carring those jumper cables for the truck, snow chains and… yes, I use them also…

I’ve got some chicken food bags and they are alos water proof. I’ve used them to cover my BBQ.

kindling- I have always wanted to sew those nylon bags together. My family says I am insane. Now I know it can be done. I even believe that if you did a good double seam you could make a tent out of those things!
