Hitachi 10” Hybrid Table saw
Hitachi drill press
Rikon disk/belt sander
Rikon 14” deluxe bandsaw
Homeade lathe (2hp motor from grizzly, bed and tailstack from Central Machinery, homeade headstock)
Bosch router
many other smaller items
Everything is tucked into a 2 1/2 stall garage, I still get yelled at for not having room for my wife’s car.

At least you have a workshop, and its not in the house! You can remind her of that, but not sure it would help.

Just make sure that you made something for her that is personel that she couldn’t purchase at the store. Then you can say, “But, see!”

simple solution to that …either build on to the garage or…..... get the wife a bike…. it wont take up so much shop space…........ :)

prob not a good idea to suggest unless you promise to do all those ” honey do” projects …but you are held back because lack of shop space and you need more tools…

A man after my own heart. Very good Dusty. I have aproblem telling her that my shop is too small though. Maybe that I need more tools but not space.

Can you please add some pictures. We would love to see your shop and get some ideas. Thanks.

I don’t SEE tools, I dont see saw dust, hummmm, you’re not foolin’ us are you? Nice list though.

My wife hasn’t parked in our garage for 20 years now! Yea, she’s told me about it every winter!

Happy woodworking.

Just found you on the map. Had to select view all and zoomed in on Iowa. so welcome to LJ’s little late.

Parking cars in garages is overrated in Iowa, it only lets the wood get cold opening and closing the door. But like Karson said, Make her somthing personal and things usually work out.

Heck, these last few weeks I’ve been wishing I could park MY car in the garage. It’s been COLD in Iowa. Too cold to even go out in the shop to turn on the propane heater.
