It’s really something, how time flies when you’re having FUN!
It just seems like yesterday. We’ve enjoyed every minute of it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This picture will show you the start of our retirement journey.
This Woody Woodpecker Hat was awarded me at a retirement party in my honor,
along with a block of wood to chisel on in my leisure time. LOL
Some photos of projects I did in the early days of my leisure time.
The new deck on the West side of our cabin, shortly after completion.
Notice: How the trees have since grown. These are volunteers, I didn’t have to plant them.
This is the deck it replaced. What an improvement!
We have finished many more projects in those 20 years, if you want to view more,
check our LJs GALLERY here.
By the way, I forgot to mention the most important part of this Blog
MY “SWEETIE” twisted my arm, & forced me to buy some new toys to celebrate this occasion.
I always try to please her, so I obliged to her request with a HUGE SMILE.
Then I went on a shopping spree.*
