In my family, woodworking has been a tradition for several generations. I fondly remember days spent in grandpa's shop (or dad's shop) growing up and figuring out what us boys could create out of all that wood. I still have a long ways to go, but my creations are gradually making their way from the accidental bumblings of youth to furniture that is at least useful. I love working in exotic hardwoods and feel that if you are going to spend the time making something, you might as well use the best raw material ;)
