« Part 5: Back to the drawing board, again. Part 6 of Board Game Travel Case series Part 7: Completed the case. »

Today I took my board game case out on a trial run. I learned a few things. People things it’s funny when you carry a large box around your neck and I need some handles. I also applied some magnetic paint and then a layer of chalk paint on the inside of the front board. I decided it being magnetic I can keep score sheets posted as well as write in chalk the score of the game. After the drying we put it through a test run and it works out great. I am excited for this project to be complete.

Very cool. I’d never heard of carcassone until I saw the iPad app. I haven’t really played it yet, but I’ve heard it’s addictive. Gotta get more serious about my games!!!

Nice way to pass the time on the ferries!

What game are you playing in the last photo?

In the last photo we were playing Ticket to Ride. Another very popular and addictive game.
