So been a long hot summer and really haven’t been in the shop much since June when I built a mantel.

Yardwork, vacation, stuff, but mainly just not feeling it calling until the past couple of weeks the weather has started changing and I found myself wanting to get back into it.

So building a new worktable with 2×6 dimensional lumber base and an ash top.

Got a Delta T2 fence to mount on the table saw to replace the OEM one.

Took up Woodcraft on their free shipping recently as the closest one is an hour away from here.

Got the Wixey digital planer gauge, a dial indicator w/ magnetic base, some dust collection fittings to accommodate the jointer and planer, Danish oil for worktable top, and today ordered card scrapers, Wood River fore plane, and some more of those little glue brushes!!

Ran a final jointing pass today on the worktable top boards to get a better joint fit, and they are down in the shop glued up in pairs, so that I can scrape them tomorrow and start on the final glue ups.

Couple of pics of my progress.

So as this all starts to come together I will post a few more of my progress or more likely in my case, booboo’s that will need fixing .

I just installed the same fence! You’re gonna love it! Yours looks like the BIG one!
