WoodShop Improvements #1: New Picture Window

I got this window for free as it was not the right grill pattern and so was going to be thrown out.

It is a little larger than the window hole that was there, so I had to improvise, as you can see by the grill not matching on the sides.

Regardless it is a double pane low E-argon stylish window for free so I accepted it and replaced my old broken window with it!

Here is a peek at the Window with the outside frame done.
Bellow it will be a flower box because I don’t have siding to fill in the remaining area and plus it will look nice.

It took 2 days and I still can’t believe I lifted it on my own! Sure glad I didn’t break it!

That looks great
I would have killed myself or the window putting it up myself.
I’d like to see some more pics of the outside to get a better feel for your shop

Nice! My favorite way to do a home remodel. Find something that is free and make it fit. the window box is a great fix.
