My grampa fixed chair legs with wedges, broomsticks and bailing wire. He will drive a 4 penny nail through the forehead in the 2X2 school pictures of the grandkids as we were displayed on his wooden bedroom walls. My Dad........owned a couple hand tools, but seldom used them. That might have been smart on his part. I'm fighting a strong bad wood worker gene here.

I have recently aquired a few homeowner tools I keep in my garage. 10 inch firestorm TS & Miter saw. Got a couple small powered routers, one on a small table. Tiny drill press and a borrowed planer.

Would like to get a bandsaw and jointer. One day. Though space and money are short.
