Newly retired, I'm finally getting to set up the wood shop I have wanted most of my life and I'm learning new techniques and amassing a huge list of projects I want to make.

Welcome To Lumber Jocks.

About 3 years before retiring started building my shop. Have been retired 4 years now and still adding to the shop. My wife asked my sons and me when the shop would be done. Answer… never.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. I’m impressed by the friendliness of folks on this site and I hope that someday soon I can start giving as sage advice as I have already recieved.
