Okay, I wrestled with this and wrestled with this. I must be resistant to change. I am not sure I know how to use SketchUp any better than I did. I think I have learned a few new words though. LOL. In all seriousness this was fun.
Anyway here is the inspiration for my entry:

And now for my table. It is simple in design and long on pride.

The table is 4’ x 6’ with 36” legs.

Long on pride indeed. Simple is often better. Great job.
So difficult to see bin laden releasing videos in tribute to the murdering SOB’s. I still have difficulty believing that we haven’t done what we said we would and hunt him and his cohorts down regardless of where they were. Our politicians (I can’t bring myself to call them leaders) are a bunch of special interest buffoons. On both sides of the aisle.

Thanks Bob! Your tutorials helped me along the way. Without your efforts there I would still be really lost!
I am a bit hacked off at the fact that 6 years later we don’t have a rope around his neck yet. As far as our politicians go…. that’s a whole other can of worms.

I’m hacked at the fact that the news media keeps giving these nutjobs an outlet. Shame on them all. They profit by fear mongering. Why would anyone in their right mind, publish anything from these idiots, if not to drive advertising revenues. Can you imagine the premium they are trying to charge for the quarter hour before and after the airing of that tape? If you want a rope around someones neck, I think there may be some people that are sitting in ivory towers laughing, than a guy living in a hole.
Anyway, nice Freedom Table.

wow. .. the table is REALLY impressive. I won’t ask what the new vocabulary is :)
You did the challenge justice. Well done.
I’m with you, Tom… why air the videos? If you want to report it you could just say, “he made a video. and on with more important news”...
Again, the table is magnificent and well worth the effort you put into it.

Hi Scott how about blueheart? Just kidding! This is a paint intensive project should it come to life. A version of which is on my “honey do” list.
Thanks everyone for your input on my entry!
