For those moments of crisis which I suffer from, every now and again (yes I am human too). I’ve decided to put this up on the wall of the workshop

Until such time as I have made a box for it to go on.

Or you could send it to me and I’ll put it on a box.

Looks great,
Thanks for sharing the process with us

Great idea Martyn, a symbol of success to hang on my workshop wall. Ok, let’s see …...........? Hmm…...... can’t seem to find anything. I’ll keep looking though. It may take quite awhile (maybe forever). I’ll have to get back to you on this one Martyn. Meanwhile thanks for the idea and don’t forget to keep inspiring us.

Now that is inspiring. That is a very fitting place to put it.
We should all have such reminders and tributes to ourselves.

Well done Sir,
Steve

Good idea Martyn. When you think about it, our workshop is often used to warehouse failed ideas rather than successful ones. The good stuff makes it way out in the world and often in other people’s homes. The failed projects that need tweaking or repair and, in some cases, to be broken down again for wood reuse, are the things we keep in our work area. So, when we are dejected, we are most often reminded of our failures rather than our successes. Maybe at least a photo or two of the items that tested us yet we were victorious would be the cure for those bad mental health days.

Looks good to me!

The reminders I hang on the wall are mistakes I’ve made. I’m running out of room.
