Semi-retired commercial real estate investor and published software author. I've mellowed considerably in recent years and find that woodworking provides me with the creative outlet that I crave - and the opportunity to express that creativity in wood. I think that a finely crafted small box, flawlessly finished is truly a thing of wonder. It seems that one could spend a lifetime contemplating such things as veneers, designs, textures, and the combination of these things - and the emotion that the created piece provides.
Also passionate about my family, classical music and, increasingly, a sense of peaceful solitude that wodworking provides.
